It was challenging, long-lasting, and was generous enough to give you save codes, so you could resume, with all your progress, at a later date. And there are bosses which can increase your health. I will admit to the sensitive controls. A tiny tap, and you went full speed. Yes, it was easy to die, but there were secret areas, (mainly inside the rooms of the house), which gave yo a LOT of 1ups. All in all, it’s not a bad game, just sensitive and challenging. Now i have the Genesis/Mega Drive version on Kega Fusion, and it’s still as challenging as it was.

I’ve had it for the Super Nintendo since I was a kid, and I can still beat it even now. It is true Gomez slides all around, but it doesn’t take too long to get the hang of it. It’s actually the only Addams Family game I’ve ever played. I do want to one day get Values for SNES as well, but that day isn’t going to be soon.
