1.Warning do not use a Sega Genesis joysticks because it can make your Commodore 64 keyboard to type funny unless you have a joystick that is compatable for Commodore 64.
2. Some Konami games may require you to press space bar to jump or do other sutff unless you find this rare joystick port that plugs in first to your commodore 64 joystick area and then you plug your Sega Genesis joystick over it and so you can use the A or B button on a Sega Genesis Joystick which was sold by some generic third party on a generic Commodore 64 website that I won’t name.
3. There might be a few games I am missing or I am not sure.

damn even blank disks are hard to get in huge quantities nowadays.

You can of course copy the tape games from the internet to your tape recorder using AudioTAP (check polarity first), but just the copy process let alone testing the games would take a few years.

Wait! There’s an SD Card adapter for C64 cartridge port. Get yourself one of these and you can put them all on an SD card. Should even have fastload and 1541 Emu disable (for games without copy protection), so you don’t have to wait ages for the games to load.

While you’re at it, download some recent megademos to rid yourself off the prejudice that the commodore 64 is primitive.
