When you see something new and it’s fresh in your mind, you’re probably going to rip it to shreds.
In conclusion, I think I’d give this movie 4 out of 5 because it was a damn fun time.

The first three Indiana Jones happened in the 30’s with the Nazis and at the time, there was a lot of religious superstitions and many people believed that Hitler had a hand in paranormal activities and was indeed looking for lost artifacts.
The 50’s on the other hand were more about the cold war and, something everybody seems to forget about nowadays, the existence of extraterrestrial life form with advance technology. The little green men from Mars!
Indiana Jones has always been about paranormal stuff and I think it’s great that the movie evolved with the era and talked about the “crowd’s paranoia of the time”.
If they were to make a new one that would happen in the 60’s(And NO! I don’t want that to happen) I would expect it to be about ghosts not alien or religious artifact.
And to conclude, I just want to throw in that I thought it was a great movie, but I would have skipped the “the next Indiana Jones is Shia Lebeouf I mean look at him he wants to put his father’s hat on” part…
