I hope you haven’t forgot about it though!

I was a child of the 80s too and TMNT was my obbsession. Toys, games, clothing, everything. Anyone remember when Burger King had TMNT stuff for your bike? I tried to get everything because I even had a TMNT bike.

I also grew with TMNT as well I love the video games except for the 1st game on NES I also love the live action movies just the first 2 and the TV series as well but I stopped watching it at i don’t know what season either 5 or 7 cause it was getting a bit stale and skipped the last 3 seasons which I didn’t wanna see. I also seened The Next Mutation but it was an epic fail not to mention I have seen the TMNT OVA as a fan of oldschool anime from the 80s and 90s I have to say it was ok but just HORRIBLE.

The 2003 series was much better never saw the 2007 movie but I did see Turtles Forever when I first saw this movie it was COWABUNGAAAA This movie is awesome, plus my brother’s friend gave me all of his TMNT action figures. Out of all the 10 seasons of the 80s series Season 1 was my most favorite cause it was qualify as Anime which was really cool back then, I really wish the entire series were considered Anime and remain like season one.

When I first saw April O Neil she looked like an Anime character and she was really cute only in season 1 she looked anime not to mention she was real cute in the TMNT OVA one thing that really pisses me off is that she gets caputred and the turtles go through all the trouble to save her….seriously she really needs to learn how to defend herself and fight as well.

Not to mention the Shredder he’s supposed to be bad ass but he gets his ass…or should i say shell kicked by the turtles, they made him look like a joke why can’t he become Super Shredder in that show to defeat the turtles but all and all the series just went downhill I would always watch Season 1 every now and then once in a while. Krang was my favorite villian he was also funny, plus Slash was my favorite except he was an underused character, Michaelangelo is my favorite turtle fun loving also loves Pizza and Bebop was really cool and funny too. Hell I can’t get enough of TMNT

This was one of the much darker episodes…in this one Baxter Stockman is thrown into a Disintegrator/Microwave to be executed, but a fly that was with him touched him just as the machine turned on and he became a monsterous fly-man…After this scene, he guns down Krangs android and Rock-Soliders and goes after Shredder and the Turtles with murderous intent.

First i think that this review should definetly be in more than 1 part because there is so much to talk about. you could start with an overview of the series starting with the first 4 seasons then the Europe season (a.k.a Jump the shark) and then the final seasons with the new animation style.

Then you could talk about the characters ; the turtles , the allies and the villains of course . Also the different vehicules and tech that they use would be a nice touch.

I would also recommend to talk about the music of the show which is so awesome, there’s always one song for every type of situation or place (when they attack, when there’s danger, when we see the technodrome, channel 6 building etc…) and i think it is a big part of the show as well.

So it’s just my little input , hope that you like it
