You are like A class start in B class movie, far above everyone else. Spade has a good idea, but very poor execution. I have however noticed that sicne you came the show quality jumped a lot, maybe you helped them out with more than just your acting?

Yay, now to go watch the last episode with something cool happening in it and then off to pretend I never seen the rest of it. The idea is nice, story might be decent, acting and camerawork ah well, it’s not professional, but the way the whole thing is put together just makes you wish you were doing something else entirely… And it actually doesn’t matter what. ANYTHING.

Spade is a failed experiment, boring, incoherent, hard to understand, in other words. IT SUCKS.

That levergun’s definately a Winchester. Possibly an 1892. Doesn’t look like a 94. I might be wrong, it might be a Rossi. Also, everyone needs a Travis Bickle jacket.

Tom Savini used either a Winchester or a Rossi levergun at the beginning of ‘Children of the Living Dead’. It was a short-barrel carbine with a large-loop “cowboy” lever and he spincocked it Chuck Connors style. It still had a stock, so it wasn’t a Mare’s Leg. Arnold in T2 used a Winchester 1887 in “mare’s leg” configuration. His spincocking might have been inspired by Chuck Connors. Gotta have a “cowboy” lever to do that, otherwise you’ll hurt your fingers. At the end of ‘Army of Darkness’ (theatrical version), Ash grabs a levergun. Since it has a standard lever, he does sort of a half spincock (but only once).

There’s something elegant about a lever-action rifle. It combines sleekness and grace with functionality and ruggedness. JR’s character vaguely reminds me of Sorter from ‘Revolver’ but not quite as introverted, without Gordon Freeman glasses, and armed with a levergun instead of a GLOCK or an Uzi.
