I dont know what to call you but id like to call you the master or the man. I have felt like an outsider for a while and one day i looked up snes games on youtube and i randomly stumbled on your site. I dont do this kind of thing but you and mike have helped me out more than i ever would have thought. Im a landscaper/redneck from virginia who was looking for something to bring me back to the days of something simple. Something fun where your life just made sense because we were involved in nes/snes greatness. Im 30 years old now and ive dealt with some shit. But your videos have honestly helped me out. I dont want to sound like a loser or a nerd or whatever describes my life. But honeslty, your videos have made me feel better than anything other than my family. Im pretty sure that i have watched every video you have ever put up. From original avgn videos to your Halloween specials (which are the best) on cinemassacre to your shorts or documentories. I love all of it and have watched them over and over and over again. Seriously, i have watched all of them like 20 times. Damn man, you made me feel young again and i have since started collecting games. I dont know if this means anything but since finding you i have followed mainly pat and more recently the game chasers. I now look to youtube for my main old school gaming entertainment Im not good at writing things down (im much better at speaking in front people). Either way i wanted you to know that you honeslty helped me out in my life. And i know you care about your fans. Your intros alone show that you care. Well i have clearly gone on for too long. But i actually wanted you to know that you are doing a lot of good for people. The work you do is fucking awesome. I dont know if you read all of these but i truly thank you for the work you have done. Well… to end this a good ol country boy wants to thank you for bringing out his old school love of games and your amazing ability to bring bring me back to the past. God bless you and family. Unfortunately I think you’re wrong, as many of the fans only see him as the AVGN and simply don’t know that he also wants to direct and make movies. But in a way you can say they’re not really fans of James, but rather of the AVGN show… but there would be a lot of bitching and moaning, I am sure of it. Let’s hope it’ll never end, only then he’s like 70 years old hahaha.
