What? Yes, it IS. It is a direct sequel to Mega Man 8. Seriously, Mike, are you this oblivious? Even one of the shots of the past events that Mega Man shows to Wily (that you you yourself mentioned in the review) is from Mega Man & Bass. So I cannot help but wonder what basis you make that statement on.
