Kinda looks like the monster from the Edison film. I think it was supposed to be a throwback to that, but I don’t know when they refound that film.

I agree, region-coding is stupid, but it is also often pretty easy to bypass. There are websites which explain that most DVD-players’ advanced settings can be accessed by pressing certain button-combinations on the remote (the exact combination and execution differs between players) and in those menus you can turn off the region code criteria, so the player will accept any discs.
Just a tip. ^^ I would feel like i’m sharing some illegal information with you now, but its not even illegal to play DVDs from other regions on your own player, the region code system only serves to make us frustrated; there’s no point to it whatsoever.

In my opinion, they should have ended the series with Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed, because it was actually a really good entry in the franchise, and also because they finally killed off Frankenstein (or so we may think). They could have even ended the series with Horror of Frankenstein, and it would be a better finale!
