I know it’s annoying, but the reason the switch is on the outside of that bathroom is because putting it within reach of the bathtub/shower is a safety hazard (and illegal in many places). That means if there’s no convenient wall at least 3 feet away from the tub, it has to be outside.

That bathroom was really compact, so definitely the only other legal place is above the toilet or behind the door, which would just be really odd.

In some countries, especially those with 220v power, switches aren’t allowed at all in the bathroom, and sometimes outlets aren’t if they aren’t lower voltage/lower current shaver outlets.

Here in Europe, it’s normal that the light switch is outside of the bathroom.

Loving that there are new YKWBS episodes again. But there’s something I need to say.

Unlike most, I have to say I love the bullshit mask. It cracks me up. What I don’t like is that in these newer episodes, the Bullshit Man personality seems to have gone away. You know how James always bugged his eyes out and talked in that funny voice whenever you saw the Bullshit Man onscreen? Seems like he isn’t doing that anymore.

The background is obviously a hotel room (and, well, he did the whole episode on hotel rooms) so I’m guessing he filmed these quickly while on tour with the movie. Hopefully when the “serious” ones start up again he’ll bring the personality back into it.

That part about the light being outside the bathroom made me laugh and cry a little.

My family recently moved and you guessed it; the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom ;-;

This was a good episode. I also think raking and bagging up leaves would make a good You Know What’s Bullshit? It is repetitive and feels like it never stops or ends. Thank you. I also posted this idea on the Word Pronunciations episode. Hopefully this will be an idea you guys will see.
