I don’t really approve that they always talk about savestates and such when it comes into emulator gaming. Of course there are these sassies who uses them, but most of people just plays the games as they are, like me.
I was born in “SNES era” and I know how hard games were and that emulators can never give you the same feel as real console, but I still play a lot on emulators because it’s so much cheaper than pay 40€ for a game. I managed to finish Ninja Gaiden on real NES and on emulator without savestates.
