I enjoyed this movie immensely, though I found it was confusing at times, but thankfully, not on a Matrix Reloaded-level by any means. Also, I felt we didn’t get closure to the John-situation, will he be born now? And who is that new Skynet-projection in the post-credits teaser?

Just watched the movie and I agree with a lot of what you guys say in the video. I felt that there’s too much thrown in. Like, T1 and T2 are movies with simple and straightforward plots that can be resumed in a single sentence, and that makes them great.

This one is messier though, kinda twists things so much that it’s almost got a slight comedic value. Why? Were they afraid of getting people bored as they know the story of the other films? Does the movie need to boost its interest by adding crazy twists?

It’s also interesting how much the tone has changed, as Genisys is without a doubt the least dark of the 5. It’s weird. But the thing is that it’s actually a pretty fun movie.

You guys should review the new Mad Max movie, it was excellent and even the critics loved it. I’m surprised you never reviewed the original trilogy with Mel Gibson. All of those movies were classics and right on par with Terminator, Blade Runner, the original RoboCop, etc.

In this remaking wave they could explore histories that didn’t were made so great in the past but have great potential, like Dune for example! That would be great!
