I believe “Karnaaj” is suppose to be Carnage misspelled. As for the “R” highlighted, I think because it’s a racing game, it is highlighting the “R” instead of the other letters.

The name karnaaj sounds like the name of a murdering dictator. Maybe it was a game about a terrible dictator, but to not piss off the PC police they changed the cover and the genre at the last minute. That’s how terrorists win.

My worst problem with it is the title. Sounds like some kind of Bollywood musical.
Why is the “R” emphasized in blue with flags coming out of it? I have no idea what any of it means.
