I played this game to death and somehow never got bored of it. Good times.

It actually felt like a good game, with a purpose. Made up for that hideous pile of garbage that was the original game. I didn’t think it was THAT redundant, to be honest. There was enough variety in the enemies, and more than enough variety in the level types to keep it interesting. I only finished it twice for some reason, but I enjoyed every minute of it. It is tough, but the challenge isn’t so much that it puts you off of it. I would recommend it to any NES collector looking for a good, challenging game.
