You Know What’s Bullshit!? Is that cinemassacre keep making sonic reviews and gameplay without even knowing for what the bonus stages and chaos emeralds are for… Guys for real? How can you play sonic all these years without knowing about SUPER SONIC! People that hate the bonus stages just hate it because they dont why it is in the game at all…. And it is not that HARD.. Just practice a little bit and you will get better.

I don’t my last comment went through, but the blue sphere stage is right out of Sonic 3. It’s easy once you get the concept, though the increasing speed makes it challenging. Just collect the spheres in squares (4×4, I think) and the red spheres will turn to coins. Ignore the inner spheres and only collect the outside spheres. It’s way better than the bonus stages from Sonic 1 and 2.

Blue Sphere is my favorite bonus stage from all the Sonic games.

I played the hell out of sonic 3 and knuckles as a kid and thought the game was pretty easy, though those special stages for the chaos emeralds took the controls out of Sonic R, which was…absolutely horrible.

Really the only thing I didn’t like was how it was half new stages, half copy and paste stages from previous zones with minor additions.
