Uh… I thought Last Jedi was HORRIBLE. Below episode 1-2-3, below Battle for Endor… below Holiday Special. It was absolutely stupid and badly written. Force Awaken was good, but with stupidity as well, but just not as much.

I don’t understand the evay I’ve comments hear, especially from the guy who admitted he didn’t even see the film and isn’t is basing his opinion just on what other people wrote. I watched the film before reading or watching anything about it and thought it was great. It is a shame others are unable to go into such a film with an open mind. It was highly entertaining and a lot of fun to watch. If you honestly think this was “terrible” you have not seen many movies.

@DCHI Thing to keep in mind about James and Mike… they tend to be more forgiving of movies. They aren’t looking through things so much through a critical lens, as through the lens of a fan. So, keep that in mind when watching. As for me… had no interest in watching this movie, so I decided to spoil it. I listened to a lot of fan reviews on this, and they all pretty much said the same thing: this movie sucked. And after hearing about the plot points, I agree with what one commentator said: Star Wars is dead.

In reply to Konstantin Georgiev. Look how happy they are in the above screenshot. Why do you want to take that away from them? Aren't people allowed to feel happiness and joy for their own reasons without someone pooh-poohing on them for what they think is "right"? Isn't feeling like a kid again what Star Wars is all about? I stopped taking it all so seriously after the last film. Like James said, for me, the proper saga ended at Episode VI. I enjoyed this movie for what it was.

Well this is a typical fanboy review! I feel with Star Wars there are two kinds of reviews – the fanboy ones and the realistic independent viewer ones. The two episodes from the new trilogy are so inconsistent that I cannot even describe it! Where the fuck did Snope come from and how did he die like a fucking lamer? Why is Kylo Ren such a total disappointment? I mean this is the worst antagonist in movie history ever! And BOMBERS IN SPACE!!! THE FUCK! You have to draw the line of fiction at some point! I understand it is a fantasy story, but BOMBERS IN FUCKING SPACE! And Lea floating in space and suddenly coming back to the ship! COME ON!

You’re gonna hate on shitty games and praise a shitty movie?……..There’s nothing about this piece of shit that’s redeemable. They had a golden opportunity to make one of the best Star Wars films ever and they made the decision to shit on it all whether it made sense or not.

Were you 2 drinking Rolling Rock before this movie? This movie is disappointing. Pointless subplot with 2 dull characters, dismissed villain, no worthy light saber battle, and Luke was completely wasted. There is literally no fun scene to return to, ala darth maul fight or Anakin on the speeder going after the sand people. There isnt even any touching moments ala Rey calling the saber over Rin or Yoda lifting the X wing. Theres nothing, NOTHING of replay value.
