Mikes thoughts on the DC animated features Dark Knight Returns part one and two. CONTAINS SPOILERS
Note: It was explained to me that Bruce’s heart stops because of a pill that he swallows. Yes, that’s probably what it is. But I think it’s something where you’d have to watch the movie twice to understand. The first time you see that part, there’s no way you could second guess he’s taking the pill because he’s planning to give himself a heart attack. It makes sense upon multiple viewings. But I still say its confusing for first time viewers.
